Expert Panel on Post-Secondary Institution Funding and Alberta’s Competitiveness: Report and Recommendations

The final report from the so-called 'Mintz Panel' was released  publicly in October 2025. It analyzed funding allocations, federal immigration policy impacts, administrative burdens, and the overall competitiveness of Alberta's post-secondary system.
